Sembrano Design helped create our vision for our pool pergola, pumphouse, pool fencing, firepit area and seating and landscaping around our pool. Firstly, thank you so much for your efforts with the days and nights worked on my project! It is an absolutely outstanding job! I went to check the concrete slab which has been completed yesterday. Sembrano Design helped curate my vision for a Multidisciplinary Allied Health Clinic. Paulo demonstrated initiative, leadership and guidance during my change of use application, town planning and building design – making the process and transition smooth. Paulo helped liase with certifiers, council and has a great understanding of local planning controls and legislations. I couldn’t recommend Sembrano design more highly. Sembrano Design was recommend to myself via a builder for the design of a café. Paulo sat down face to face over a few meetings to discuss ideas and suggestions required. The return after a short period of time were several options of design which were melded together to produce the café as it is today. In 2020 we decided to embark on an extension to our cottage. It was to be a dining room extension to our small kitchen. While the new space is only about 6 square meters in size, it gives us the dining room our small home lacked. I had no idea where to start but after putting out feelers in the local community, I was contacted by Paulo, and we could not have been happier with the results. Paulo listen to our ideas then offered suggestion that have absolutely ‘made’ our small space. It blends in seamlessly with our 1940’s cottage and when friends first viewed the extension, they all remarked ‘it looks like it’s always been there’! I highly recommend Paulo and his team for any of your future projects, whether big or small.
